Kern County Animal Services is looking for adults who have some extra time on their hands in the morning.

We have a serious need for volunteers who are willing to help and be a part of the animals lives while here at the shelter. Our need is for morning help that begins at 8am for a three hour shift.

You call 661-868-7130, or come to the shelter and fill out an application.

Once a background check is done, you will attend an orientation, start on a probationary status and then we have you trained to work with our puppies, cats or the larger animals.

Come on in and join one the fastest growing volunteer programs in the Central Valley.
