The Hospitality Specialist will provide excellent customer service to patients and guest to ensure that all guest are comfortable and answer any questions they may have. Centrally located on the concourse the specialist will addresses any needs or concerns that guest or their families may have during their visit or redirect them to the proper department. The specialist will provide directions, escort guest to their destination, serve as a liaison to fulfill request from staff (in patient care areas) for patients (i.e.... books, newspapers, bibles, magazines, activity packs etc.)and provide service that exceeds the guest expectations.
