Sailing the Martin 16 with power assist system.

Challenged Sailors San Diego is an entirely volunteer supported program providing sailing opportunities for kids, adults, and veterans with disabilities.

We need volunteers to help out in a variety of capacities, including:

- Companion sailors

- Boat maintenance and dock support (no experience required)

- Back office support

- Fund raising and public relations

We have a fleet of eight Martin 16 sailboats specifically designed for adaptive sailing. Our primary sailing days (when we need companion sailors and dock support) are Fridays and Saturdays from 12-3pm, but we sometimes schedule another day on request if sufficient volunteers are available.

Send an email to volunteer@challengedsailors.org if you have any questions or would like to volunteer in any capacity.
