MetroParks always has various projects for groups to complete! If you have a youth group, church group, student group, or business group that is interested in scheduling a private service day, contact volunteer resources for more information. To comply with the current regulations surrounding groups, the maximum number of attendees allowed is 9. A complete listing of the requirements can be shared upon request.

The mission of MetroParks of Butler County is to provide a superior park system that maximizes the community’s quality of life through conservation, education and recreation.
MetroParks of Butler County was established in 1955 for the purpose of preserving and restoring areas of outstanding natural significance within the county. MetroParks offers active recreational opportunites such as hiking, walking and jogging, fishing, boating, camping in a wide variety of beautiful and convenient settings. There are also opportunites for historical and conservation education, with historical sites and natural areas- 3000+ acres, 10 openly active parks, 18 miles of hiking trails, 22 reservable shelters, a conference center.
