As a Volunteer Leader Mentor, you will support new Girl Scout Troop Leaders during the busy Fall season. If you have experience as a Girl Scout or Girl Scout Leader, we want to talk to you! We provide training in one convenient session during the summer. After that, the commitment is a couple of hours a week for three months. You will offer support for a leader in your community and get a troop of girls well on their way to a wonderful year of Girl Scouting!

Description
GSCWM serves over 5,000 girls, ages 5-18, from five counties (Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester) across Central and Western Massachusetts.
Our community of over 3,000 adult members includes volunteers, parents, caregivers, staff, alumnae, students, and professionals.
Volunteers use their skills, interests, and life experience to inspire girls to reach their personal best, helping them to grow their leadership skills while providing fun and exciting opportunities to discover, connect and take action. There are also incredible opportunities for volunteers to support girls through camp and events, and indirectly as facilitators, mentors and "behind the scenes" council-based support.
