We are looking for volunteers to guide our clients with disabilities through exercise training and rehabilitation. We will teach you everything you need to know. Summer semester runs through August 16. Fall semester begins on September 14, with training again being held prior to 9/14.

Mondays and Wednesdays:

Tuesdays and Thursday:
Sessions at 8:00, 9:30, 11:00, 12:30, 2:00, 4:30, and 6:00
