San Antonio Pets Alive (SAPA) is looking for kitten fosters! Each year, we save over 1,000 kittens who would otherwise being living on the streets, sick and scared. A foster home provides temporary care for an animal while they are waiting for their forever home. Foster responsibilities include housing, caring for, feeding, and - best of all - loving these baby kittens until they are adopted. SAPA provides all medical needs for each animal, including vaccinations and spay/neuter surgery, and gives ongoing foster support if you're new to kitten care. The kittens provide lots of love, snuggles and purrs.
We have young kittens from just a couple of days old to a couple of months old. We can match you with a kitten to fit your lifestyle, and these playful kittens will be forever grateful to you for saving them!
Visit www.sanantoniopetsalive.org/foster/ for more information and to fill out an application.

Description
San Antonio Pets Alive! (SAPA!) was founded in 2012 to help address alarming euthanasia rates in the city. SAPA! is unique-it is the only high paced, high-volume rescue in San Antonio, saving 6,000 at-risk cats and dogs annually.
Since its inception, SAPA! has saved more than 64,000 dogs and cats. SAPA! provides safety nets for the dogs and cats that fall through the cracks of all other lifesaving options and end up on the euthanasia lists, often with just hours to be saved. SAPA! promotes the availability of these dogs and cats to other rescues, adopters and fosters.
