Visit patients on various units of the VA Hospital on a regular basis ~ distribute donated items (when available) to patients and/or family members (e.g. blankets, comfort kits, hygiene products) ~ maintain confidentiality and adhere to VA rules ~ abide by and support the philosophy, policy, and guidelines of Soldiers' Angels ~ participate in training or orientation as needed ~ keep careful records of hours volunteered and items distributed.
