Dear Volunteer Applicant,
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Lodi House to volunteer with our organization. Lodi House is a private non-profit 501c 3 organization that was established in 1999 with the goal of creating a secure, structured environment for homeless women and children in need of a new start.
Lodi House provides Stability, Training, Accountability and Renewal (STAR) for its clients. They are dedicated to supporting women and in developing healthy lifestyles that will lead to employment and independence. We are committed to encouraging all women and children in our program to have hope and experience healing in order to make positive choices that will renew their lives.
We have a variety of volunteer opportunities. Our policy is to recruit servant minded individuals willing to help Lodi House achieve the aforementioned goals. Our main volunteer need is with the Lodi House Thrift Store that functions as a donation center and retail store to raise funding for the Lodi House Program and Shelter.

Mission Statement
The Lodi House is a private nonprofit organization that has fed, sheltered and renewed the lives of homeless women and their children for the past 16 years. The Lodi House’s mission is to create a secure structured environment for homeless women and children. Lodi House provides stability, training, accountability and renewal by offering resources and support to assist them in developing healthy lifestyles that will lead to permanent employment and independence. Lodi House has a strong proven record of working closely with its clients to identify their specific needs in order to support them in becoming self-sufficient.

Lodi House Thrift Store
Monday-Saturday 10:00 am-6:00 pm
Sellable donations from the community are sold to help fund Lodi House programs and Lodi House clients and recent graduates are able to take, free of charge, the items that are needed to help them and their children become independent.
