ASPIRE is Oregon's official mentoring program that matches trained, supportive adult mentors with students to develop a plan to help them meet their education goals beyond high school. ASPIRE Mentors meet with students and encourage their interests: Exploring careers, schools and scholarship opportunities with them; Proofreading application and essay for students; Keeping students focused and on a timeline; and helping students at FAFSA filing time.

Salem-Keizer Education Foundation is a catalyst for enhancing the education of Salem-Keizer public school students by providing resources for creative and innovative programs and materials, education and mobilizing the community and sustaining collaborative partnerships that supports its goals.
Description
Founded in 1982, the Salem-Keizer Education Foundation (SKEF) exists to support the students and employees of the Salem-Keizer School District in the State of Oregon. SKEF is the oldest community-based non-profit organization in Oregon dedicated to enriching the quality of education in its local public schools. SKEF establishes strong community relationships and partnerships in the Salem - Keizer area to provide innovative resources and relevant support to students and staff that are intentionally focused on the school district’s strategic plan.
