Sacramento ESL Program (SESL) provides English classes to speakers of other languages (ESL=English as a Second Language). Some of the students who come through our doors need extra help to move forward into the next level. Occasionally we get a student who has learning disabilities even in their own language.
Please email us your name, email, phone number(s), some information about your experience, and tell us why you would like to help students like this!
You may tutor an adult during or before classtime at the classroom site or you may schedule a different time and place. To prevent possible misunderstandings, we prefer females to tutor females and males to tutor males if the tutoring takes place offsite.
