Branding strategy help needed for small education-focused nonprofit

Looking for help defining our brand and developing a concise, clear way to explain ourselves and what we do. We need help with our core messaging and marketing material (e.g. logo, tag line, etc.). We recently expanded from an organization just in the Bay Area to one that encompasses all of California (currently focusing in SF and in LA). We are finding that as we expand, we have trouble explaining what we do, and people/schools often don't seem to grasp the true and full value of what we bring. Through branding and marketing, we hope to grow throughout California - bring in more schools as members who send their teachers to our workshops and programs.

The volunteer opportunity involves getting to know our organization and helping us create a clear narrative around who we have been, who we are, and where we are headed. We need help designing a new logo that clearly conveys our expansion and mission.
