We are a US faith-based non-profit, focused on developing holisitic solutions to orphan care in Honduras. Our 3 main areas of executiion are foster care, family preservation and emergency crisis care. We are a small organization, but have grown significantly in terms of our opportunities and initiatives over the past year, and are now seeking assistance to help raise the funds to sustain that growth.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience in the nonprofit development and fundraising space. Preferred qualities include:

• a heart for orphaned and vulnerable children
• good interpersonal skills
• self-driven
• ability to work well with executive team members

There could be a travel component to the position, as it may become necessary to meet with donors personally or attend fundrasising events. It is also preferred that the candidate take at least 1 trip to Honduras to observe our operations in person.

This opporuntity is a volunteer position, with no defined hours required, but could develop into a full-time paid position, based on the desire of the candidate and the progrees shown during the volunteer phase of the opportunity. We have a progressive, results-oriented approach to our staffing, with a focus on leadership development.
