Board Members needed to support and evaluate the executive director. The board's objectives include the need to ensure that executive director has the spiritual, moral, and professional support necessary to further the goals of the organization. Board Members must actively participate in the overall planning process, assist in implementation and monitor plan while helping identify programs and services consistent with the organization’s mission and monitor effectiveness.
