Looking for sport minded folks that want to serve military families. Our goal is to have representatives in every state, and in all major sports cities. The mission is to build a network of volunteers that promote and facilitate giving to military families. We provide opportunities for military kids to stay active and healthy. If you have a few hours a week, you can make a big difference!

Mission Statement
Our mission at Defending The Blue Line (DTBL) is ensuring that children of military members are afforded every opportunity to participate in the game of hockey.
Description
Defending The Blue Line was established and incorporated by a group of active duty soldiers in the spring of 2009 with the spirit of keeping hockey alive for the children of our nation’s military heroes.
DTBL is governed by a board of directors that is comprised of senior military officials, hockey executives, hockey legends and other notable figures.
We accept no public funding for our charitable program. DTBL operates solely from private and corporate donations and has been able to give back an astonishing 85 percent of our revenues to military families.
