Just out of college? We welcome you!!
Use the Donor Management program, Network for Good. Train and be on a team of 2 people,
Excellent verbal skills, positive communicator, maintaining and managing donor information.
By your effort, you will help manage a true income budget cash flow projection.

Join is un prividing access to a myriad of fine arts found in live, professional opera through high quality performances and educational programs.
We share the joys of this artform with people of all ages, ethnic and economic backgrounds.
Support our Bullying Prevention Opera for Schools and one for Youth ages 11-18 about Abe Lincoln.

This is a virtual opportunity but it will help if you live in the Bay Area so that wecan meet in person ocasionally. Not absolutely requiered. Workiing virtually on an online program with good communication also works. We need you !

Your main task will be to:

Input new data, updates, transfer data from Quickbooks into Network for Good
Schedule communications. Look for tasks and complete them.

- Input event attendees.
-Lean to make filters, deadlines, plan and complete assignments.

With the ED,and team leader, create and schedule exciting communications.
Write, issue and send Thank you letters.

Qualifications:

- Detail Oriented. Expert in utilizing Technology: create, schedule, train and send communications
- A strong desire to learn, experience, gain satisfaction for job well done.
- Knowledge of security programs and computers.

- Professional attitude.
- Marketing & Copy ability
- 17 or older
