Outgoing individual needed to speak to and recruit volunteers at fairs, events, online, or other venues. Willingness to learn about climate change advocacy and tell others about it to get them involved.
Currently, our volunteering opportunities are focused around virtual committee meetings to develop climate actions within the City of Bend, and throughout the state of Oregon. You could serve on the committee and recruit others to join it, or assist in sharing clean energy actions with them that our organization and committees have identified as local or regional priorities.

350Deschutes is part of the 350.org network, a global climate advocacy organization. We work on a local and statewide level in Oregon to build awareness of the need for climate action at all levels, individual, corporate, government, and organization.
