Project READ is looking for volunteers to work at our upcoming book sort. Volunteers will sort and box children's books by reading level. These books will be distributed to various schools, community organizations, and churches in the Dayton area. Training will be provided on the day of the book sort. We appreciate your interest in helping promote literacy in the Miami Valley!

Description
Project READ is the literacy coalition serving the Dayton, Ohio area. Project READ refers adults to GED, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), reading and family literacy classes. Literacy volunteers are also recruited and referred to tutor adults or children in reading.
