People Talking

We are in need of Life Coaches to support the Welcome Home Collaborative ministry. The Life Coach is a key part of our ministry. The duties include being with the associate on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. The LifeCoach will work with the associate to put tother a Life Plan; that is to say, short-term and long-term Smart Goals. The LifeCoach does not put the life plan together for the associate, but rather works with the associate, so they create their own short term and long term Smart Goals.
