For continued company growth, we need a Web Optimization Analyst who is an expert at monitoring and analyzing website's metrics, aggregating data and creating web optimization recommendations. Must be able to plan, develop, execute and manage SEM/ Pay-Per-Click generation strategy and campaigns to improve ranking and quality of organic search results

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implements strategies to increase search engine traffic and conversions to the company's website through SEO techniques such as title and meta tagging, technical analysis, link building, keyword ranking (Adwords) and overall site architecture and content optimization
  • Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking. Researches and evaluates new traffic trends and identifies new optimization opportunities. Assesses search outcomes related to sites or advertising/marketing campaigns
  • Proactively identifies trends in multivariate data and translates findings into prioritized/actionable recommendations
  • Has strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, JavaScript, HTML/ CSS Google Tag Assistant, browser console debugging, social media analytics tools, consumer behavior/research tools, and/or APIs
  • Experienced with conversion optimization including experiment design, A/B testing
  • Has general understanding of: Paid Search, Digital Media, Social Media, Content Strategy, UX, Ecommerce, Email Marketing, or CRM Role definition
