The 6th Annual Saucon Creek Arts Festival planning is underway, and we are looking for volunteers for the planning committee. The festival is the largest cultural arts and music event in Lower Saucon Township. Our next planning meeting is on Monday, February 3, 2020 at 7 pm at Perkins Restaurant in South Bethlehem (3rd Street). We need a webmaster and graphic designer, social media, and public relations person. We also need persons to solicit sponsorship for the event. No experience necessary - just a desire to assist in bringing the largest fine art event to the Saucon Valley community!
We also need workers for the day of the festival. Pick your area of interest among: Assisting vendors with unloading vehicle and setting up tents, sitting at the hospitality booth, working with children on art projects, monitoring the indoor art gallery, giving tours of the historic home and garden, helping vendors load vehicles and take down tents at 5 pm, booth sitting during the day, providing customer service to vendors and guests, and assist with site maintenance. If you are interested, just show check our website for meetings or please email: info@sauconvalleyconservancy.org or leave a message at 610-838-1199. We'd love to have you! Thank you!
