* Research best practices for decreasing suspensions and improving educational achievement for low-income students in middle schools, targeting West Michigan students * Evaluate Wyoming Intermediate’s current system and identify areas for improvements based on best practices

* Research similar organizations and develop a fund development strategy for the organization

* Develop partnerships with local organizations that will aid in providing resources to help Wyoming Intermediate School and its families to improve student outcomes

* Create a toolkit detailing the policies and instructions of how to operate the Success Center and assess the program’s success
