* Create and strengthen partnerships between college campuses, community organizations, College Positive Volunteers, and create a college-going culture in the community
* Recruit and train volunteers, with an emphasis on Hispanic students and community members, to service in community college access and success activities
* Plan and facilitate monthly college access workshops to increase community awareness to emphasize the fact that higher education can be accessed by all
* Plan, organize, and assist with implementation of Hispanic Center’s Summer Learning Academy and after-school enrichment programs
* Build and maintain resources to increase organizational capacity
