Oversee numerous entities and management staffs to maintain efficiency and direction. The Operations Manager is responsible for business development, managing offices, and achieving objectives including financial goals. This dynamic and entrepreneurial individual will help establish and totally support all initiatives and management staff. • Lead headquarters and satellite offices by managing daily operations while developing and executing high growth strategies • Continually develop new client, member and networking strategies • Able to pursue new business opportunities with strategic targets while maintaining working relationships with existing associates, partners and clientele • Mentor management teams by overseeing their work, projects and objects • Review recruitment efforts, satisfactorily resolve issues, achieve a high level of service and be responsible for all issues and performance • Facilitate continued and rapid growth by overseeing all assigned departments including new business development • Create revenue by generating, closing, and managing engagements and growing the office. • Represent our interests in a totally professional manner at all times • Willing to adopt aggressive policies to insure success and have "the buck stop here" attitude.

The Environmental Community is the membership organization for a unique green platform. The TEC mission is to create environmental, health and social change. TEC member organizations combine education, entertainment and advocacy acting as a gateway for activism. Like-minded groups and individuals will be united creating comprehensive solutions. The Environmental Education Center will provide Green Pathway along with other training programs. Collectively the TEC member organizations will enlighten the public and change how people live. Everything from the products people buy to the food that they eat. The primary mission is to work on saving Earth and humanity. With this in mind we are asking all individuals and companies to lend us your full support. Together we can create the changes that are needed to save humanity. The Environmental Community (TEC) represents environmental, health and green tech platforms. With 45 member organizations TEC is positioned to advance change. This green collective with its numerous portals and networks will accelerate change.
