* Recruit Teachers (PreK-12) to participate in service-learning using resources and curriculum primarily from the Learning to Give website
* Provide training and support to teachers to develop service-learning projects that will address community needs and a culture of student engagement
* Facilitate student involvement/engagement, as well as deepen the students’ and teachers’ knowledge of service-learning and poverty
* Establish and sustain community partners, both with higher education institutions and volunteer centers/community organizations to help sustain service-learning efforts
* Recruit students to join the Leadership Team which will promote service-learning throughout the schools
* Continue to build the culture of service and service-learning at Carson City-Crystal Schools
