The Children's Heart Foundation is looking for individuals to join the Committee for the First Annual CHF TX Golf Tournament in Houston, TX. The tournament will be held on October 17, 2016.
The Golf Team and Registrants Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Handles and organizes team registration forms
- Registers last minute golfers (day of)
- Checks golfers in day of event
- Other needs which may arise

Mission Statement
The goal of The Children’s Heart Foundation is to bring health, hope and happiness to children impacted by congenital heart defects, the number one birth defect in the United States. We accomplish this goal by funding the most promising research to advance the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of congenital heart defects.
Description
In the United States, a child is born with a Congenital Heart Defect (CHD) every 15 minutes. Children undergo surgeries and sadly, some die every day from CHDs.
We need to understand what causes CHDs and to prevent them. We need to detect and diagnose CHDs as early as possible. While much progress has been made, we need to develop new treatments for CHDs so that children undergo fewer invasive surgeries and improve the long-term prognosis for children with CHDs.
We need your support to fund the most promising research to advance the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of CHDs in children.
