Recruiting and managing volunteers. Minimum 6 month commitment.
Help set Volunteer recruitment plan, help execute the plan, and help manage Volunteers. Calling schools/colleges, LinkedIn recruiting, designing/posting flyers, and various online recruitment tactics. Ensure digital database of Volunteers’ time invested, contact info, and other relevant information is up to date. Aid in the efforts to appropriately show appreciation for volunteers.
Work with other team members to design and execute a Volunteer recruitment plan. Help with the organization and management of volunteers.
Experience/Skills in Human Resources, good interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in Mission will all help.
