About Rare Genomics Institute

The Rare Genomics Institute (RG) is an international non-profit which connects rare disease patients to cutting-edge genomic solutions for diagnosis and treatment. RG partners sequencing sites to provide our patients with genome sequencing services.

This individual will collaborate with marketing and other teams to create, manage & optimize campaigns/programs, lead nurturing, lead routing and re-engagement programs to create high quality opportunities for our patients and campaigns.

Position Objectives:

Primarily Using HubSpot Marketing Automation Platform to: Build and execute marketing campaigns, reports and dashboards Develop email and landing page assets based on the company's templates and style guides - using HubSpot to upload the email and related assets as needed Be aware of and able to implement email HTML coding best practices to avoid email spam traps Create and manage custom tags for multi-channel ad placements & campaigns Managing responsive designs in emails and landing pages that renders accurately in all major email clients and leading browsers for PCs, Macs, and mobile devices Structure the use of links, images and styles based on standards and best practices Create promotional landing pages and integrated forms for capturing campaign respondents Design branch logic workflows to accurately nurture prospects and qualified leads into end-customers, and automated segmentation strategies for targeted email campaigns Test and optimize campaign elements prior and during launch for increased conversion rate Monitor and analyze campaign performance during and post-launch, sharing insights across marketing teams Work closely with content developers & marketers to deliver best performing digital content

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Proven experience with Digital Marketing

  • Statistical skills Basic HTML/CSS

  • Understanding Data Entry and Analysis skills

  • Microsoft Office

Description

Rare Genomics Institute (RGI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping rare disease
patients find a diagnosis, treatment, and pathway to a cure. Through personalized research
projects, RGI provides access to world leading medical institutions and scientists to conduct
genomic sequencing, coordinates with clinicians and counselors to interpret findings, and offers an
online crowd-funding platform to deliver financial solutions. RGI also supports rare disease
advocacy by fostering an online community of rare disease patients and supporting rare disease
research through a yearly grant competition.

Since being founded in 2011, RGI has completed over 300 genetic sequencing and analysis
projects, assisted patients fund over $3.5 million worth of genomic sequencing, discovered 8
unique genetic mutations in-house, given over $2 million dollars in grants to researchers on rare
disease, and developed an online community with over 10,000 rare disease members.
Through volunteers, RGI is able to slowly push science and health care forward to meet the needs
