Do you have knowledge and wisdom that you would like to pass on to the next generation of young women? Columbia College has a formal mentoring program that pairs its Women’s College students with Midlands area professional women. Mentors make up the third part of our student’s "Personal Board of Advisors", s haring the goals of academic and professional success with their faculty advisor and career coach.

Description
Columbia College has had a formal mentoring program that pairs its Women’s College students with Midlands area professional women for many years. In 2013, the college made this program (CLIMB) an integral part of each student’s experience. Mentors make up the third part of our student’s "Personal Board of Advisors", s haring the goals of academic and professional success with their faculty advisor and career coach.
