Manos de Cristo's adult education program provides classes in English as a Second Language, computer literacy, citizenship and adult basic education in Spanish to over 500 adults every year. Our growing education program relies almost entirely on volunteer instructors, and that's why we need you!
We are currently seeking individuals to assist lead teachers in our Levels Basic, I, II,III and IV classes from Monday through Thursdays ( twice a week: 6:00 to 9:00 pm). We are looking for dedicated volunteers who can commit, once or twice a week, during the Spring 2020 semester (from January 21st to May 14th).

Description
Manos de Cristo is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering low-income individuals by promoting dignity and self-reliance. Manos was founded in 1988, and the dental clinic opened its doors to the Austin community in 1990. Manos hosts a wide range of adult education classes; houses a food pantry, a clothes closet, and two computer labs.
