TheVolunteer Program Provider is a part-time volunteer opportunity position that is responsible for providing and implementing Girl Scout program for underserved girls in the council. The Girl Scout program will include regular meetings following the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, academic tutoring, summer camp experiences and cookie program participation.
Major Accountabilities :
1. Plan and implement assigned outreach programs utilizing the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
2. Implement, monitor and report outcome measurements for all programs and administer pre & post surveys.
3. Keep accurate records and complete required reports in a timely manner.
4. Ensure all activities follow GSCP2P and GSUSA policies and standards.
5. Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians
6. Attend council sponsored meetings, trainings and events, as deemed appropriate by Outreach staff.
7. Maintain effective group/meeting management including conflict resolution.
