Habitat Young Professionals of Fayetteville is a network of young adults in the Cumberland County region committed to making positive change in our neighborhoods, cities, and region through sustainable, affordable housing. HYP gives members the chance to connect with a diverse group of dedicated, like-minded individuals in the area through fundraising efforts, volunteer days, 'habi’ hours, and more.

HYP members also enjoy benefits including:

  • Networking with like-minded, dedicated young adults
  • Leadership opportunities to build skills and experience
  • Official recognition as a partner to Habitat for Humanity of Fayetteville

Membership Dues:
$30
$15 for active duty military and students

Who are we looking for? We invite young professionals age 18-40 who want to serve as leaders, volunteers, advocates and donors to achieve the goal of eliminating poverty housing.

Fayetteville Area Habitat for Humanity constructs simple, decent, affordable houses in partnership with families, volunteers, and the community, for God's people in need.

Description

Fayetteville Area Habitat for Humanity is a local Affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. HFH is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing ministry. HFH seeks to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action. Habitat invites people of all backgrounds, races and religions to build houses together in partnership with families in need.
