The WMBC is constantly looking for new volunteers to participate in the following activities:

- Trail Maintenance

- Parking Lot Clean Ups

- Youth Group Leaders

- Womens Event Coordination

Please reach out to us and let us know your availability, with constant ever changing needs we would greatly appreciate your help in managing the numerous trail networks within our area.

Mission Statement

WMBC Mission: To preserve and enhance non-motorized trails in Whatcom County through stewardship, education, and advocacy.

Description

The WHIMPS Mountain Bike Coalition (WMBC) is a federal non-profit, 501(c)3, organization. We work with many diverse groups such as land managers, elected officials and educational institutions to promote continued and expanded access for mountain biking and cycling.

We have a strong youth involvement and work with cross county School Districts, Lummi Nation Tribal School, Boy Scouts of America for Eagle Scout Projects, Womens support programs, among others.

Every year the WMBC coordinates hundreds of volunteers amounting to thousands of volunteer hours for the trails amongst all of Whatcom County.
