We are currently looking for a fun, dedicated volunteer ready to serve as a tutor for children ages 5 - 17 years old.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- One-on-one tutoring services, done in consultation with the child's teacher
- Assist children who are in need of extra care and support.
- Develop individual plan for academic success, observing the child in their classroom setting
- Coordinate with teachers to develop strategies and tasks to assist child, assess subject areas where deficits exist.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least one year of teaching experience
- certified as a teacher in the state of Florida.
