We are looking for a fun, detail-oriented, creative spirit who is ready to engage the community and build new policies and activities to promote social justice and positivity in the area. This is a full year, long term volunteer commitment. This is a one year service commitment with benefits package.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Office Operations: Organize conferences/travel arrangements. Maintain calendars. Arrange appointments and meetings.

Coalition Building: Manage community conversations and be a representative at committee meetings. Perform research and data analysis.

Fundraising: Assist with fundraising proposals, budgets, and building community relationships. Advocacy: Assist with legislative action that promotes the mission

CVIF is dedicated to providing people of all faiths the opportunity to volunteer for a year and live out their faith by serving the diverse needs of the people of Florida. Catholic Volunteers work toward justice and peace, transforming the community they serve as well as themselves. Our program places volunteers at service sites throughout the state of Florida for one-year volunteer commitments. Volunteers are provided with furnished housing, health insurance, and a monthly stipend during their service commitment.
