VOAWW is looking for a Coordinator to Support Home Delivery Program. This program ensures that seniors who are homebound can receive much needed food deliveries, all supported by amazing volunteers! Monday or Tuesday - you pick your hours (before 5 pm). We are looking for a commitment of 2 - 4 hours per week.

Tasks include:

• Print out Driving Route Sheets for Drivers weekly.
• Work with Volunteer Drivers to create a delivery schedule based on Drive availability.
• Check in with Drivers to ensure they are coming and/or coordinate a phone tree so Drivers will find their replacement.
• Provide potential clients with applications by phone, email or snail mail for the program and ensure that Physicians approval has been received.
• Maintain records of Home deliveries ensuring all clients received food and deliveries match funding.
• Ability to use Excel, Word, email and good phone communication will make this a fun and rewarding position.
