Helping Link is looking for a Gala Entertainment Coordinator, someone who is creative and enthusiastic with great communication and organization skill to coordinate and plan the entertainment for our 30 th Annual Gala this September. This volunteer role is a great opportunity for individuals who wish to nurture leadership, organization and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Event Committee to prepare, organize and execute a successful entertainment plan for the Gala, including the evening’s dinner.
- Research, recruit and contact individuals who wish to volunteer to perform at the Gala.
- Be available to attend weekly meetings and during the day of the event.
