Helping Link is looking for organized, driven, and enthusiastic volunteers to be our Events Coordinator for the Gala event 2022. This is a great opportunity for individuals who seek to gain people skills, organization skills, communication skills, time management and give back to the community.
Main responsibilities:
- Work with the Event Committee to prepare, organize and execute a successful event.
- Plan and oversee venue scheduling, equipment needs, and other related logistics.
- Be available to attend team meetings and the entire day of the event.
- Coordinate and maintain communication

Description
Helping Link has been serving the Vietnamese-American immigrant community for twenty-five years. We provide English language, citizenship, and computer education classes for adults and seniors; job-site language training; information and referral services for our most vulnerable; and cultural events for the community. Our programs are offered in a bilingual context and in a supportive, family-friendly atmosphere.
