Our team strives to ease suffering, honor wishes, offer choices, strengthen families and support grieving in hopes of making their journey a time of peace and celebration.Do you have compassion for those who are confined, lonely and going through a critical time? Please join Treasure Valley Hospice as a volunteer and receive the rewards that come from helping and serving people in your community. We recognize and value the gift our volunteers give to those in need. We have monthly volunteer support and training meetings to provide you with information about your volunteer work. We cover the cost of a background check and all educational materials. We will provide you with all of the necessary information to have the confidence you need to do your volunteer work. We are very flexible with your schedule. Please join us now!

Treasure Valley Hospice volunteers are the heart and soul of our care. Volunteers can choose to work directly with our patients and their families, or offer your time and talents in other important ways. Whatever you choose, we aim to make your gift of time fulfilling and satisfying.

Description

At Treasure Valley Hospice it is our goal to fit our patients needs with our volunteer talents. We work closely with the Veterans in our community and also with the VA hospital. The needs of our patients are varied from gardening, transportation needs, everyday living needs, respite care for the patients caregivers and families and speciality from hair cuts to pet therapy. We have a need for every talent.
