Sixth Annual Regional High School Art Exhibition
The Millard Sheets Art Center at Fairplex is pleased to present works of art created by area high school students. The exhibition is a selection of 250 artworks all inspired by dreams: their connection to the unconscious mind, their concern with personal issues, moods or problems we’re facing, and how they often appear to us as surprising and irrational images.
VOLUNTEER NEEDS
- Gallery Attendants - Help guests, discuss exhibition, and ensure safety of the artwork. Volunteers should be friendly and be ready to welcome guests.
- Field Trip Facilitators - Lead small group tours through the ArtReach exhibit. Engage with students grades 7 th - 12 th in art related discussions. No experience necessary, training is provided.
- Art Activity Assistants - Assist students in a hands-on arts activity, entitled "Dreams of Us," creating stamps representing themselves.

The Learning Centers at Fairplex provides a wide spectrum of innovative and enriching educational experiences that bring learning to life, benefit our diverse communities and prepare our participants for success through its five distinctive programs.
From early childhood education to vocational training, each of TLC's five programs addresses a significant need in our community, programs of TLC include: Child Development Center (CDC), Career & Technical Educational Center (CTEC), FairKids and The Farm Field Trips Programs, Junior Fair Board Leadership Program (JFB) and Millard Sheets Art Center.
From 8 weeks old and beyond The Learning Centers is committed to educating and serving all populations of the community!
