Are you compassionate and outgoing? Do you enjoy problem-solving and working to contribute to high quality service? Ambassadors support patients and caregivers with the aim of making their overall Hospital experiences better.

Help make connections that matter.

Ambassadors may not be able to make the Hospital experience totally stressless, but they can contribute in ways that help patients and their families stress less. By proactively addressing questions, concerns and requests, Ambassadors complement and enhance the work of our medical staff. As a volunteer Ambassador, you will work to alleviate concerns by educating patients about staff resources, roles and responsibilities and by providing information on the Hospital as a whole. Through friendly conversations and bedside visits, you will support patients and their families with compassion and care, serving as an extra set of eyes and ears to create a high quality, patient centered experience.

We would love to hear from you if you are: Compassionate, outgoing, able to focus on high quality service delivery, an effective communicator, attentive to details

Minimum Commitment: One three-hour shift per week for a minimum of six months

Times:Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 pm or 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
