Summer Print Studio takes place every Saturday morning from 10am-12noon, May 6-October 7. Volunteers will help participants make printmaking projects under the guidance of an instructor. All materials will be provided. The program is free and designed for all ages and abilities. Vlounteer shifts begin at 9:30am and end at 12:30pm.

Mission Statement
Central Print’s mission is to promote the art of printmaking by providing workshops, classes and programs for people of all ages, focusing on the use and preservation of historic letterpress printing equipment.
Description
Central Print is a not-for-profit arts organization with programming taking place in its storefront location at 2624 North 14 th Street. Programs for families include free Saturday printmaking activities during the North City Farmers Market and on event days throughout the year. Fee based programs for all ages include printmaking classes, workshops and team-building activities. Tours of Central Print teach letterpress preservation and how we expand and modernize its use while building awareness of St. Louis’ historic role in the development and growth of printing. Additional programs are in development including an artist residency, vocational training for area youth and an Active through the Arts program for adults.
