Telehealth Equipment Installation
Care Dimensions recently launched a telehealth program for our home care patients. The goal of the program is to provide responsive and proactive care by allowing remote monitoring of patient vital signs by clinicians in the Danvers office.
The volunteer department has been asked to recruit additional volunteers in both the North Shore and Greater Boston areas to deliver and setup these machines in patient homes throughout the Care Dimensions’ service area. Set up is simple, and training and ongoing guidance and support is offered.
Perhaps you are looking for an opportunity to help, but can’t commit to a regular weekly assignment at this time. Perhaps you like meeting new people and providing "practical help."
