Job Responsibilities: Volunteer will be responsible for tasks related to database entry

§ Update Little Green Light volunteer records with hours worked and duties performed

§ Input contact data and donor details into Little Green Light

§ Run reports and look for input errors; working with management, identify and fix errors § Support staff with planning, designing materials, and preparing for fundraising events to raise money for Genesis Garden programsSkills,

Education and Experience

§ Desire to support mission of Genesis Garden

§ Organizational and time management skills

§ Excellent written and verbal communication § Ability to work independently

§ Database experience

§ Good computer and typing skills

§Able to commit a minimum of 4-6 hours/week. T

he position is not designed for running errands or completing office work, although these duties may be part of the larger, more directed learning experience. Volunteers must supply a copy of current driver’s license or School ID for identification purposes, all Volunteers are subject to a background check. Applicants accepted on an ongoing basis.
