Special Events Coordinator
This position is responsible for the support, planning and execution of all special events for Red Paw Emergency Relief Team, with a focus on fundraising.
Job Duties
- Seek out special events with a focus on raising money for Red Paw
- Gather all details for event and add to events calendar
- Work with Events Coordinator to ensure all Red Paw event supplies are organized and available for each event
- Serve as Event Lead when needed
- Develop more volunteer Event Leads for special events
- Occasional weekend availability

Description
The Red Paw Emergency Relief Team is an emergency services, nonprofit organization that works in conjunction with the Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management, the Philadelphia Fire Department, the American Red Cross, and other public and private disaster relief organizations to provide emergency assistance including search & rescue, emergency transport, shelter, and veterinary care to animals involved in fires and other residential disasters.
