The Front Desk Assistant is primarily responsible for welcoming visitors and answering incoming phone calls. Other tasks may include assisting with occasional special event projects. This person is expected to provide outstanding customer service to all participants, visitors, and staff as they will be the first face visitors see!
Shifts are flexible: Monday-Thursday 9:00-5:00
Skills recommended for this position include: customer service experience, proficient in typing, confident in communicationg over the phone and relaying detailed messages, and ability to remain flexible to needs of participants and staff.
