Are you looking for a great way to spend your summer? Want to make a difference while having a BLAST!?! Do you have just 10 hours to give over the course of the summer? The Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound (BGCSPS) are looking for volunteers to help during our summer program. If you think you might be interested check out the details below for the club near you!

D.A. Gonyea (5136 North 26th St. Tacoma, 98407)
Al Davies (1620 South 17th St. Tacoma, 98405)
Eastside Outreach (At the Bethlehem Baptist Church 4818 East Portland Ave. Tacoma 98404)
Henry T. Schatz (3875 South 66th St. Tacoma, 98409)
Summer Session begins June 20th and goes for 10 weeks. We ask for a commitment of at least 1 hour per week for all 10 weeks (We can work around your vacations and school schedules!)
For summer, BGCSPS is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
What kinds of activities you can expect to help with:
-Arts and Crafts
-Gym-Style Games
-Tag, Races, and other outdoor activities
-Summer BOOST (Our learning program that helps prevent summer learning slide)
-Weekly events; Luaus, Color Run, and Carnivals

Do you have a passion for volunteering with kids? You can participate in homework help, art projects, computer literacy, recreation, and so much more!
Is your talent in planning special events? Participate in the Legacy of HOPE, Treasure Hunters, Don and Helen Murphy Memorial Golf Tournament, Dining with the stars Celebrity Chef Gala or a variety of other events.
