Mission Statement
It shall be the mission of the Freeborn County Historical Society to collect, preserve, and protect a record of the history of Freeborn County and its people. To make this history known through the establishment and development of the Freeborn County Historical Museum, Library, and Village and related archives, activities, and displays--for the benefit, education, and enjoyment of the citizens of Freeborn County and all who share an interest in history.
Description
The Freeborn County Historical Museum contains artifacts from Freeborn County; a research library for genealogical research; and a Pioneer Village with buildings from the 1850's-1910's.
