The Stafford SPCA is currently especially in need of volunteers who will help us with night time dog walks.

We are always recruiting and training new volunteers for many different shelter tasks, and we couldn't accomplish the work we do without the help of dedicated volunteers. But we have a great need right now especially for night time dog walkers.

Please respond to our need by submitting a volunteer application on our website. All of our volunteers must take the one time classroom orientation to learn about our shelter facility and our policies. Then volunteers will receieve hands-on training sessions with the animals. After that, volunteers will use our online scheduling system to sign themselves up for whatever shifts they would like to serve, and come and go as they please.

This call is especially for night time dog walkers, but we always have a need for volunteers in any part of our facility.

Important note: Volunteers must be 16 years old to work with the dogs.
