Neighborhood Health Source has over 1,000 young patients, ages 3-14 who make clinic visits each year. Many of them lack dental insurance and need oral health resources and support.
We are looking for a group to assemble and donate dental kits (numbers to be determined) to be given to children, including toothpaste, toothbrushes and possibly dental floss.
This is a great opportunity for your group or company to put a smile on the face of a child! Organize and kick-off a Dental Drive, then we’ll pick them up. Better yet-bring them to us and we’ll give you a tour.

Description
Neighborhood HealthSource is a federally qualified health center, operating four primary care clinics in the neighborhoods of North and Northeast Minneapolis and in Coon Rapids for 49 years. Our mission is to improve the health of our communities by providing quality health care services that are affordable and accessible. Clinic services include basic and preventive health care for adults and children, screenings and immunizations, minor procedures, chronic disease management, mental health/substance use disorder counseling and maternity and newborn care. NHS also provides various community outreach programs, focused on childhood obesity, stroke and diabetes, family planning and STDs. NHS provides medical care to patients at tens of thousands of visits a year, including a half-million dollars of subsidized care to individuals in need.
